Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Help Me Devvon are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

How You'll Receive Your Purchase

Upon completing your order, you'll receive an email from SendOwl containing your secure download link(s) and/or license key(s). This email is sent to the address used at checkout — please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Delivery Timeline

  • Full purchases: Delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Trial products: Access is granted immediately. Trial versions are limited in functionality and do not include a license key. Upgrading to a full license unlocks all features.

Accessing Your Products

  1. Click the download link in your delivery email.
  2. Follow the installation instructions included with your download.
  3. If your product requires a license key, it will be included in the same email.
  4. You may re-access your downloads via the link in your original delivery email. Links are valid for a limited time — contact support if yours has expired.

Delivery Issues

If you don't receive your delivery email within 15 minutes of purchase:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Verify the email address used at checkout.
  • Contact us at helpmedevvon@gmail.comand include your order number. We'll resend your download link promptly.
