FAQ

Are all of the downloads compatible with Windows and Mac?

Yes, as long as your operating system is running an up-to-date and registered DAW. Our products are compatible with select digital audio workstations including:

Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Ableton, Studio One, and Cubase.

(Be sure to select the correct DAW when adding to cart)

The Studiorack presets work in any DAW that utilizes Waves Studiorack no matter your DAW.

How can I access my downloads?

You will receive a download link in your email upon completion of your purchase. If you received an ‘Order Confirmation’ email, and have not yet received your download link, please email us at helpmedevvon@gmail.com for further assistance.

Do all HMD presets and templates have stock versions?

The following presets and templates do not have stock versions:

Can I get feedback on my song?

We are not currently offering advising services but welcome you to join the discussion in our community! Our Discord server has many audio professionals, including Devvon, that answer questions, chat, and offer helpful feedback. We’d love to have you.

How do I fix latency issues(delay in headphones) when I am recording?

If you notice a delay in your headphones go to your audio settings, playback engine, and lower your buffer size to 128 samples (or the lowest setting). The higher the samples the more latency or delay you will notice. Lowering your buffer size will also require more CPU power so find the optimal range where your delay is manageable and still records.

I have all of the required plugins but am receiving a “Missing Plugin” error, how can I fix this?

If you’ve ensured you have all of the required plugins, please take the following steps:

Reinstall your missing/required plugins, then scan both VST/VST3 versions into your DAW again.
Be sure all of the required plugins are active and updated.
Check that your DAW is also updated and registered.
Restart your computer, and reopen the template.

*Templates will not load cracked plugins or DAWs. Update the ownership of your plugin, and the plugin itself before opening the template.*

I can’t hear any sound after I record, what do I do?

If you are not hearing sound from the Record Here track, please check your audio settings and correctly assign the input/output settings. Check the input on the given track and make sure that all the plugins are active. If a plugin is not active in the chain, it’s possible audio will not playback.
